**Responsibilities**:

- Portfolio monitoring and collecting information that will be used for sharing updates with BECO LP's.
- Working with the investments team on DD for new deal flow and existing portfolio company follow on rounds.
- Performing valuation modelling on each investment opportunity and carry out sensitivity analysis to address risks and produce differentiated scenarios to test IRRs and returns.
- Running product demos. Conducting product and service testing for specific companies and provide summaries of the experience with feedback (as well as product comparisons).
- Analyze market trends and economic conditions to identify investment opportunities and potential risks. Performing market research for potential investments. This can include researching themes and sector trends, comparable companies, market dynamics and drivers to derive insights.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the investment team to ensure that all investment decisions are well-informed and well-executed
- Collecting all relevant research and analysis required for compiling deal primers and investment memos for new and existing opportunities.
- Own the creation of all IM’s from initial memos all the way up to follow-on memos and ensure that it is in final form to be presented to Lead Partner.
- Preparing in-depth and robust models from scratch for each analyzed opportunity (web analytics, market sizing, unit economics, CAC/LTV modelling, cohort analysis etc.).
- Assist in the preparation of investment related materials for pitch decks and due diligence materials where needed.
- Maintaining and ensuring all documents (legal documents, portfolio company updates, etc). are up to date and maintaining portfolio information and updates.
- Work closely with company legal counsel to review and execute legal documentation related to investments and our portfolio companies.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ years experience in Investment banking, public markets, or a Senior Finance/Corporate development and strategy in any stage of a tech startup or other relevant positions where they have developed a deep understanding of a business.
- Some understanding of the KSA startup market dynamics (big players, major investors, industry/sector trends, and emerging technologies, competitive landscapes, market drivers).
- Proficient in performing valuation techniques such as discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, comparable company analysis, or other relevant methodologies.
- Proficient in conducting market research and data analysis to derive actionable insights.
- Proficient in conducting risk assessment and sensitivity analysis.
- Excellent EQ and interpersonal skills. Has the ability to actively listen, ask insightful questions, and handle potentially challenging or sensitive discussions.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, can summarise and communicate complex concepts concisely.
- A self-starter with strong drive, high ownership, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to self-direct/manage their own time and productivity.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate and comprehensive information.
- Strong existing network in the Riyadh tech founder ecosystem that can drive deal flow or insights and is personally passionate about tech.
