Our ideal candidate for the Senior Specialist for the General Secretariat role at Qiddiya Investment Company will possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the coordination and scheduling of Board and Committee meetings, including agenda preparation, material distribution, and review.
  • Ensure timely dissemination of meeting materials to relevant parties.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Board and Committee activities, decisions, and policies.

This critical role involves serving as a point of contact for Board and Committee members, Executive Management, and stakeholders on board-related matters.

Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining governance policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for Board and Committee meetings is also a key aspect of this role.

Ongoing support for professional development of new Board members through orientation programs and continuous guidance is expected.

Effective communication and facilitation between the Board, Committees, and Executive Management team are essential.

High-quality secretarial support to the Board and Committees will be provided by the successful candidate.

The role requires ensuring that Board and Committee activities align with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and best practices.

Candidates should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in corporate governance, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
