Channel Business Manager

As our new Channel Business Manager you will play a crucial role in reseller enablement, channel strategy, and business development. This position involves managing a portfolio of resellers, some of which are high-performing and need to be maintained and grown, while others have untapped potential.

**Your main responsibility will be**:
You will be the main person responsible for the entire sales cycle through our channel partners for selected reseller accounts.
You will oversee a diverse portfolio of resellers.
Your customer engagement approach will be focusing on responding to reseller needs, providing support, addressing inquiries and developing their level with company.
You will be expected to for close relationships with end users, consultants and specifiers in the video surveillance industry to promote the Milestone brand and to increase sales and demand for milestone products.
**What you’ll do on a day-to-day basis**:
- Promote and Market Milestone Systems products and services withing the assign territory.
- Develop and execute channel growth strategies in collaboration with our channel partners as-signed to you.
- Build and drive the relation with SI’s, Distributors, consultants and end users.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and work closely with assigned resellers to achieve mutual objectives
- Empower channel partners through tailored training and resources
- Ensure they have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively represent our products and ser-vices
- Work with Marketing for necessary marketing materials and events planning.
- Provide expertise in presenting our technology solutions effectively to partners and customers
- Assist resellers in understanding the value proposition of our offerings
- Identify focus accounts and key stakeholders within reseller organizations
- Develop and implement activities to nurture these relationships
- This role is more focused on building and maintaining relationships rather than acquiring new re-sellers
- Reporting and activities recording through sales management tools.
The job requires frequent travelling for customs meetings across Saudi Arabia. And sometimes travelling abroad attending industry events and to Milestone offices.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- +5 years of sales experience
- Proven experience in channel management, business development, or sales of technical solutions
- Achievements oriented.
- Strong understanding of the technology industry and relevant products/services
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
