**Role Description**

Work with clients to gather design requirements for their online media campaign

Projects manage the launch of new custom units to ensure technical campaign and revenue goals will be met

Allocate the works to Branch Operations Managers

Recruits, hires, trains and develops department personnel

Evaluate strategic and operational implications of potential acquisitions or investments

Plan and manage production, delivery, procurement, storage, and transportation processes with optimum utilization of resources by implementing cost controlling measures.

Executes customer orders, from initial briefing to campaign post-mortem, including, order entry, ad trafficking and creative management

**Qualifications**
- Operations Management and Analytical Skills
- Experience in Team Management
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience in Budgeting and Finance
- Strong project management, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred

Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in Operations is required

**Salary**: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
