We are looking for an** Affiliate Performance Manager** to join our talented team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for communicating offers, creatives and key promotions to affiliates
- Support affiliates with assets, data & creatives needed to scale performance
- Monitor affiliate compliance, fraud, delivered orders rate and blocking offenders
- Segment the affiliates base into tiers & identifying top affiliates to offer special deals to scale
- Responsible for monitoring affiliates channel efficiency to optimize payouts
- Report affiliates' performance data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in affiliate marketing as an affiliate performance manager and/or affiliate
- Deep experience in media buying on various platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok & SnapChat
- Advanced experience in excel, Google sheets & the ability to integrate them to pull & manipulate large data quickly
- Highly organized and able to efficiently archive various information for future reference
- Familiarity with any programming language is plus as well as HTML & CSS
- Experience with affiliate management & tracking tools (PHG, Cake, Hasoffers, etc.)
