Joseph Advertisers is seeking a friendly and organized **Office Support Staff** member to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential for ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment, supporting both staff and guests.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Guest Hospitality**: Prepare and serve coffee and refreshments for guests, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- **Lunch Coordination**: Organize and manage lunch orders for staff and guests, ensuring timely delivery and consideration of dietary preferences.
- **Supply Management**: Maintain and ensure adequate kitchen supplies, including snacks, beverages, and office essentials.
- **Transportation Coordination**: Coordinate with drivers for timely pick-up and drop-off of staff and guests, ensuring smooth logistics.
- **Courier and Delivery Coordination**: Manage courier services and delivery coordination for office materials, documents, and packages, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt.
- **Reservation Management**: Make and manage reservations for meetings, events, and client engagements as required.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an office support or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
