VIP Facilities Experience Coordinator - Saudi Arabia

What we are looking for:
Role Purpose
The Facilities Experience Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of facilities services within VIP areas of Sindalah Island. This role involves proactive oversight and coordination to preemptively address any potential service disruptions, maintaining the integrity of the high-end guest experience through discreet management of facilities-related issues.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor VIP and community areas to identify and swiftly address facilities management / services issues, prioritizing guest comfort and experience.
- Serve as a liaison between the facilities management team and service partners, coordinating effective solutions to maintain operational excellence without guest impact.
- Employ excellent judgment and discretion in managing and resolving issues, ensuring facilities services are delivered smoothly and invisibly to guests.
- Contribute to the community aspect of facilities management by enhancing the living and recreational experience of residents and guests through attentive service coordination.

KEY RESULT AREAS (KRA’s)
Facilities Oversight and Proactive Management:

- Ensure continuous monitoring and proactive management of VIP and community areas to preemptively address facilities management issues.
- Maintain operational excellence in facilities services, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Stakeholder Coordination and Issue Resolution:

- Efficiently coordinate between the facilities management team, service partners, and guests to resolve issues swiftly and discreetly.
- Serve as a key point of contact for facilities-related concerns, enhancing communication and resolution processes.

Service Excellence and Guest Experience Enhancement:

- Uphold the highest standards of service delivery within the facilities management domain, contributing to Sindalah’s luxury environment.
- Actively contribute to enhancing the guest experience through attentive service coordination and issue management.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

- Foster an environment of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing innovative solutions to facilities management challenges.
- Engage with service partners to share knowledge and adopt best practices in facilities maintenance and guest service.

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities services, guest experience or a related field, with experience in luxury hospitality or residential settings.
- Proficient in overseeing facilities management tasks with an emphasis on maintaining high service standards in luxury environments.
- Skilled in identifying, assessing, and swiftly addressing operational issues to avoid guest impact.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively between various stakeholders, including service partners and guests, to manage and resolve facilities-related matters.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to interact discreetly and professionally in a high-end service context.
- Experience in a proactive role within facilities or property management, showcasing an ability to anticipate and mitigate potential service disruptions.
- Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Additional language abilities would be a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Additional certifications related to facilities management, hospitality, or customer service are advantageous.
