Volunteer Manager

We are a technical nonprofit Society specialized in sponsoring everything related to the arts of Animation, founded in 1443 AH. The Society is one of the first Societies with a technical artistic specialization, which brings uniqueness with the initiatives it offers to develop the Animation industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Society was inaugurated and officially launched in 1443 AH with the license of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development No. (73739), thus the Society set out to provide awareness and support for Artists and Animation lovers.

**Objectives of this role**
- Planning, organizing, and following up on volunteering procedures and ensuring the proper functioning of the volunteering process according to volunteering guides, forms, and tools.

**Responsibilities**

Planning for volunteer management, participating in the association's strategic and operational plans, preparing budgets, and assessing risks.
- Contribute to holding governmental, private, and non-profit partnerships with regard to volunteering.
- Determining the voluntary need and designing and marketing voluntary opportunities in cooperation with the concerned departments.
- Coordination to count and sort applicants for voluntary opportunities, verify the eligibility of applicants, and conduct personal interviews with them as needed in cooperation with the concerned departments.
- Coordination for the placement of volunteer volunteers and their official registration in the association.
- Orienting volunteers, holding introductory meetings and preparing them before they perform their voluntary roles.
- Determine the training needs of volunteers when needed and ensure that there is an added value from the training.
- Managing and supplying volunteer management expenses and providing all means of support to volunteer management.
- Coordination with other departments to provide support and supervision of volunteers and address emerging issues.
- Evaluate the performance of volunteers and measure the rate of satisfaction among stakeholders with regard to volunteering.
- Supervising and providing volunteers with feedback on their performance in their volunteer roles.
- Planning and implementing recognition and honoring processes and seeking to motivate volunteers on a permanent basis.
- Any other tasks assigned to it within the scope of work.

- The ability to communicate the necessary information.
- The ability to gather information, experiences, and ideas.
- Facilitating the selection and election of individuals to greater responsibilities.
- The ability to coordinate and communicate between different tasks.
- The ability to participate actively and the commitment required and encourage individuals to participate in the planning of activities.

**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Working knowledge of managing people and volunteers.
- Natural outgoing, sectors.

Passion for art field like animation film making game development.
- Strong command of details and deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 48 per week
