Our client are a leading US global manufacturing company with a strong presence in the Kingdom. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and drive the HR strategy and operations across 3 KSA locations and contribute to the ongoing success of the organisation.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition and Recruitment**:
- Lead the recruitment process for all levels of the organization, collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the Saudisation programme
**Employee Relations**:
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
**Performance Management**:
- Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations.
- Identify training and development opportunities for employees.
**Compliance and Legal**:
- Stay informed about local and international labor laws and regulations.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements and company standards.
- Manage immigration and work permit processes for international employees.
**Training and Development**:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
**Benefits Administration**:
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive and compliant benefit offerings.
- Collaborate with external vendors to optimize benefit packages
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (minimum 8-10 years) as an HR Manager in a global manufacturing business or similar environment.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong experience in managing change and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
