**Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute detailed sales plans to attract new exhibitors and sponsors for upcoming exhibitions.
- Identify key market sectors and client opportunities to maximize event participation.
- Develop creative packages and tailored offerings to meet the unique needs of potential exhibitors and sponsors.
- Proactively identify and reach out to prospective clients, both locally and internationally.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key exhibitors and sponsors, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms for the company and ensure mutual benefits.
- Draft and manage exhibitor and sponsorship contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets for each exhibition.
- Track progress against sales goals and adjust strategies to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities and branding efforts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for exhibitors and sponsors, ensuring their needs are met before, during, and after the event
- Provide detailed sales reports, including revenue forecasts, performance metrics, and client feedback.
- Analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed.
- Generate leads and follow up on opportunities gathered from networking events.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, event management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally in exhibitions, events, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of the exhibitions and events industry, including key trends and market dynamics.
- Experience in the KSA market and knowledge of local business practices (preferred).
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours as required by events.
