**About The Role**
The Business Development Director is responsible for identifying, approaching and selling Business services to potential clients. Must also successfully approach and manage the sales cycle, close deals (in person and over the phone) negotiate contracts, and develop relationships with both business and Its functions. As part of sales process, create and manage face-to-face sales presentations that allow discovery of business needs and demonstrate the ability to facilitate the decision-making process.
**Responsibilities**
- Working closely with management to develop and implement sales strategy
- Securing existing and increasing new business
- Developing new and managing existing client base
- Identifying and following up sales opportunities
- Prospecting; making and following up sales calls
- Liaising with Professional Services regarding implementation estimates
- Preparing and making presentations
- Preparing and submitting proposals
- Following up proposals and closing business deals
- Developing and maintaining a sales pipeline in order to meet objectives
- Representing the Company at Trade Shows/exhibitions
- Any other duty that may reasonably be allocated by the Director of Sales
- Must be self-motivated, professional, confident, flexible, and results-driven.
- Able to travel extensively
- Must be Proactive and energetic approach, flexible

**Requirements**:

- Extensive healthcare services background with 7 + years of proven Sales and Business Development experience in RCM or healthcare insurance domain
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills using tools such as spreadsheets, presentation slides and business intelligence platforms.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Must be able to identify decision makers, identify and address client business pains, map buying process, secure appointments, and manage complex sales process to close
- Organized with keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity.
- Passionate people’s person, polite, friendly and diplomatic.
- Medical or paramedical background preferred.
