**Job Description and Qualifications**

- Review and processing of GEMTE invoices, including communication with Vendors if required.- Travel Management: Organize complex travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transfers for Air Products new joiners.-
- Support with the event planning and its execution in the facility- Assist with weekly and monthly administration and facility management reports as required.- Use SAP for travel management, invoice management, and timesheet management.- Utilize Project Management skills to perform the tasks for the role.- Support with facility and admin contracts review and purchase requisitions- Managing and tracking site consumable items

Key Skills and Requirements**
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Administration or related degree
- Technical background or experience is beneficial.
- Minimum of 4+ years previous experience in admin or facility coordination field or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Zoom.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP will be considered an asset.
- Energized to deliver and drive results. Very efficient and organized with the ability to quickly and proactively step in and handle challenging situations.
- Efficient, organized and flexible, with the ability to step in and handle challenging situations quickly and proactively. Must be able to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail.
- Experience working with highly confidential and sensitive information is required. Discrete and professional. Upholds the highest ethical standards.
