HR Assistant

Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- Performs with payroll functions including processing, answering employee questions, fixing processing errors, and distributing checks.
- Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers.
- Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
- Performs online Governmental Transactions such as:
**Qiwa/Mudad - Enrolls, Registers, Modify and Updates employee's Contract
**GOSI - Enrolls, Registers, Modify and Updates employee's Details and all required
**Labor Office
**TAMM
**Baladiya
**Muqeem
**Ajeer
- Performs other duties as assigned.
APPLICANTS MUST:
- Nationality: Open for Saudi National Applicants only (as required by Saudi Labor Law)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or any related field.
- Job Location: Dammam
- Experience: At least 3 Years in related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
**Salary**: ﷼4,500.00 - ﷼5,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
