**Job Description**:
Our client: is looking for a Vice President
- Commercial to take charge of driving profitable and sustainable business growth for the Company in the KSA region. You will collaborate closely with the Board to develop and execute effective commercial strategies that align with company goals and result in accelerated business expansion.
Your role: Design and implement commercial strategies that are in line with the company’s overall goals and objectives, focusing on generating accelerated business growth in the KSA region. Cultivate and nurture broad and deep customer relationships to generate new business opportunities and retain existing clients, ensuring sustained revenue growth. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential commercial opportunities, providing detailed business plans for expansion and development initiatives. Lead and guide the BD team in KSA, providing direction, support, and encouragement to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results. Collaborate with other functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless integration and execution of strategies. Utilize key metrics to monitor the performance of commercial activities and prepare regular reports to present to the CEO and Board, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Assist in setting financial targets for the KSA region and actively participate in budget development and monitoring to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Must haves: 12+ years of leadership position in the financial industry within the MENA regions, with a preference for experience in the KSA market. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field. Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and initiatives. Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders, build relationships, and represent the company professionally.
