**Description**: - Sstrive to reach the company positioning objectives - Manage a team of range managers in the Country Office and together you secure that the range for each business year is selected, priced, phased in and phased out. Together with your team, you stay in weekly contact and support the store sales managers - Define the commercial calendar for each business year with the Marketing Manager - Ensure availability of products related to the marketing activities and the commercial calendar - Work closely with the Logistics manager to secure that the sales forecasts are adapted to the sales patterns in order to achieve an optimal goods flow - Work closely together with the Com&In manager in the Country Office to secure the optimal range presentation in all stores - Eensure that systems and methods stated in the company Concept Documentation are implemented in regards to your areas of responsibility - Set prices on the company range in co-operation with the stores’ sales managers, Country manager - Set local range priorities in accordance with the overall range strategy - Maintain on-going communication with the company range distributor regarding all issues related to the range and the annual range cycle - Co-ordinate all issues with regards to the company range between the stores and the central retail management and between the central retail management and the distributor. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of the local home furnishings market (e.g. customers, trends and competitors). - Support the stores’ sales managers to regularly conduct competitor analysis on the local markets. Based on the results you take appropriate actions - Compile input to the multi-year business plan regarding the company range and support the stores’ management teams in developing their annual business plans with regards to your own function and areas of responsibility - Contribute to the planning, execution and follow-up of the stores’ commercial calendars - Set, follow-up and communicate the agreed KPI’s* within your area of responsibility to the country manager and to the store sales managers - Responsible for the total budgeting and follow-up of your department expenses - Responsible for developing and implementing the annual sales plan - a part of the business plan - and for ensuring that its contents are translated to the stores - Support the Range Managers to ensure stores’ management teams develop their respective annual business plan in your related areas - Secure that all store operations are living up to the international demands as described in Commercial / Operational review documents and the local legislation - Ensuring the competence development, training and succession planning for the range managers, sales leader and co-workers of your department - Responsible to provide Training & Development Department with required Sales/Range guidelines and training courses that will support store develop their sales capabilities

**Required Experience**: - Must have a minimum 5-10 years high volume or multi-unit retail management experience - Must have strategic, analytical and tactical abilities - Genuine interest and knowledge of home furnishings - Genuine interest in customers - Must be computer literate - Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Must be able to share knowledge and learning - Must have highly developed networking skills - Must be able to speak and understand English - Must have proven leadership abilities and lead by example - Must have the ability to bring out the best in co-workers and to motivate and develop the organisation - High level of mathematical understanding - High ability to spot future trends in terms of range and styles
