Sarmad, a leading software institution, is seeking an Elite Support Specialist to join its team. As an Elite Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to the bank's elite clients. You will work closely with your team to ensure that client issues are addressed promptly, providing timely and effective solutions to meet their needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-paced team that values collaboration and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for GMF and Board members technical support.
- Installs requested software on to PCs, laptops, apple and android devices.
- Troubleshoots and resolves wireless, network, OS, or printer issues.
- Designs and setup all executive leadership IT requirements for meetings.
- Acts as the liaison between IT teams to resolve technical issues.
- Prompt, regular attendance in-person and available to work on-site during regular business hours and as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by an appropriate superior or their representati

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in related field
- At least 5 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Riyadh based or ready to relocate ASAP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
