**About Mozn Solutions**: Mozn Solutions provides tailored Artificial Intelligence solutions to solve unique challenges and digitally transform organizations.

**As a BU Marketing Manager, your daily workload might include**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals and drive Mozn Solutions’ growth.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Define and drive go-to-market strategies for the different Solutions domains.
- Collaborate with business development, engagement managers, and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Work with the Digital Marketing team to design and drive strategic marketing campaigns to drive Mozn Solutions’ growth.
- Leverage data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
- Drive lead generation efforts and optimize the marketing/sales funnel to increase conversion rates.
- Work with the Marketing Communications team to develop and maintain a strong brand identity for Mozn Solutions and help craft compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
- Develop Mozn Solutions’ content strategy to support lead generation and customer education.
- Oversee the creation of Solutions content, including messaging, positioning, and collateral.
- Drive and oversee Solutions’ client advocacy program.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Solutions’ marketing team, fostering a collaborative, positive and high-performance work environment.
- Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Identify skills gaps and provide opportunities for professional development.
- Manage the marketing budget for Solutions, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, including market analysis, positioning, messaging, and demand generation.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding multitasking abilities.
