**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and achieve sales targets
- Identify, qualify, and secure new clients in the corporate, government, and leisure sectors
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to potential clients
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and a high level of client satisfaction
- Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed
