Foreground LLC, a marketing communication group with expertise in Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, Social Media, and Public Speaking, is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This freelance requirement is for a limited contract period.

Main Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee all onsite operations for events to ensure smooth execution from setup to teardown.
  • The ideal candidate will manage logistics, including transportation and delivery schedules for equipment and materials needed for the event.
  • Our new team member will be responsible for supervising installation processes to ensure all setups align with event specifications and timelines.
  • This role requires conducting testing of technical equipment and systems to ensure functionality and troubleshoot any issues prior to the event.
  • The Operations Manager will ensure security measures are implemented effectively to protect attendees, staff, and assets during the event.
  • Additionally, they will coordinate cleaning schedules and staff to maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the event.
  • The successful candidate will oversee hospitality services, ensuring that all guest needs are met and that service quality is maintained.
  • They will also manage catering services, including menu selection, food delivery, and setup to ensure a positive dining experience for attendees.
  • This role involves collaborating with vendors and subcontractors to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards.
  • The Operations Manager will monitor event progress in real-time, addressing any operational challenges or changes that arise during the event.
  • Lastly, they will provide post-event analysis and feedback to improve future operations and enhance overall event execution.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in event operations, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
  • Must be an Arabic Speaker, with fluency in English.
  • Strong project and time management skills to handle multiple events concurrently.
  • Expertise in vendor and stakeholder coordination for seamless event execution.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards for event operations.
