**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing employment contracts, conducting reference checks, and coordinating orientation sessions
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and completeness of HR databases
- Process and manage employee benefits and compensation programs
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support recruitment activities, including creating job postings and scheduling interviews
- Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Assist with HR projects, such as performance management and employee engagement initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR administration
- Strong knowledge of governmental portal in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures in Saudi labour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with HR software and databases is a plus.
- Saudi Nationality is preferred.
