Field Force Manager Central & Eastern - Cx & Rx

**Job Description**:
Lead and direct a team of Medical Representatives on Consumer & Prescription brand portfolio - including visits to doctors, hospitals and key accounts for disseminating medical knowledge, promoting the brands Provide coaching and support to the team members towards building a scientific engagement, clinical differentiation, and patient journeys with Health care professionals, aligned with brand plans.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Lead, direct and motivate the team in order to achieve the overall country/territory objectives, with full accountability for reaching out to HCPs, key accounts and customer stores.
- Responsible for delivering country/territory objectives according to set plan & strategy - Supervise Field Force team to ensure achievement of KPIs, objectives and marketing plan targets.
- Support and follow up the implementation of professional marketing programs. - Establish plans and strategies to expand the HCP base and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for HCPs, key customer stakeholders.
- Engage and work closely with key account managers for strong customer engagement. - Work effectively in coordination with other related departments, analyze and interpret results in order to undertake appropriate actions that develop and maximize qualitative metrics
- Create effective territory structure, evaluate it periodically and update it if necessary.
- Adhere to all country (laws), company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
- Coach and develop the medical reps in their territories, helping them enhance the delivery of business KPIs - sales / promotion of products / HCP engagement / customer engagement.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Competencies:

- Education: - University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or any equivalent degree
- **Language**:

- fluent in English especially Business English (written and spoken/presentations etc.), Arabic language is a must

Experience:
- Experience in Dermatology field as a sales manager / field force manager / regional sales manager required.
- Pharmacy/Healthcare background with 3-5 years sales management experience at least.
- Experience in leading successful teams is an asset.
- Required pre-requisites skills/experience:

- Building strong relationships with local distributor team.
- KOL management - Actively use internal CRM System, follow up and evaluate teams' daily activities.
- Provide accurate follow up in all reporting systems such as periodic reporting and HCP database, etc.
- Proven leadership capabilities.
- To demonstrate a coaching mindset, and strong people agility.
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Strong Consultative approach of the business
- Strong Customer orientation
- Business planning and organizational skills
- Initiative: follows market developments and advice management and directs team towards business opportunities
- Excel, PPT and other IT tools Skills: Highest level of proficiency in these tools is required
- Effective cross functional collaboration
