Senior Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Tech savvy Sr. Customer Success Manager who can provide ongoing support to our clients and network with them. You should be able to contribute to building relationships with existing clients and help them solving their problems and ensure their satisfaction while they are an active account with us.
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish clear client retention goals.
- Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward.
- Promote the value of the product.
- Assist customers with setting up and navigating through the platform.
- Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
- Assist in creating training courses and educational materials for customers.
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience.
- Improve onboarding processes.
- Monitoring client accounts to ensure that they are satisfied with their experience.
- Work closely with the tech/ product team to enhance the platform’s features.
- Analyzing customer data to identify trends across various demographics and industries.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
- B2B e-commerce previous experience is a big plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
- Ability to establish milestones and keep all team members on task.
- Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in the Customer Success department.
