Job Title: Compensation & Benefit Specialist/Manager

Location: KSA - Riyad

Nationality : Preferred Saudi National Only

We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefit Specialist/Manager to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs. You will work closely with senior management, HR professionals, and employees to ensure our compensation and benefits packages are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our company's goals.

**Responsibilities**:
Design, develop, and administer compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, incentives, bonuses, and benefits packages

Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure our compensation and benefits offerings are competitive

Evaluate, revise, and develop compensation and benefits policies, procedures, and guidelines

Analyze compensation data and make recommendations for salary ranges, pay grades, and adjustments

Manage the annual performance review process, ensuring consistency and fairness in compensation decisions

Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices

Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, wellness initiatives

Monitor industry trends and developments in compensation and benefits practices

Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management

Minimum of 6+ years of experience in compensation and benefits

Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations

Experience with job analysis, market pricing, and salary surveys

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
