**Accountabilities**:

- Implement best practices in managing HR projects from initiation to completion.
- Serve as the PMO for HR functions, coordinating the annual project calendar aligned with HR and business priorities. Allocate resources based on project urgency, report project progress regularly for seamless implementation.
- Lead annual HR budget preparation, consolidation, and submission to finance, ensuring accuracy in budget performance reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR leaders to address discrepancies.
- Support HR personnel in crafting SMART objectives aligned with HR goals. Ensure timely submission and alignment of SMART objectives in the system.
- Conduct regular reviews (weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) to monitor HR strategy progress and drive its achievement.
- Act as an internal consultant to the HR Leadership Team (HRLT), initiating and leading change management proposals across HR functions for efficiency and consistency.
- Plan, design, and administer employee satisfaction and feedback surveys across HR departments. Analyze results, prioritize findings, and lead action plans to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Lead Organizational Health Checks (Engagement Index, Culture Index, & eNPS). Communicate results to senior management, develop action plans, and monitor progress to improve employee engagement.
- Conduct exit interviews with supervisory-level employees, gather insights, and report findings to HR leadership. Propose retention strategies linked to engagement metrics and monitor progress.

- Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
