Pall is growing their successful sales team and has a great opportunity for a Sales Manger for the Easy Region, based in KSA Khobar.
Involved in growing and expanding direct sales and profit margins within assigned regions. Establishing professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin. This will include travel within KSA. You would be responsible for at least 5 Sales Engineers with the potential for this to grow in the future.
Requirements for the role:
- 10 plus years experience in a high level Sales position providing equipment to Oil & Gas, Power or Refinery industries
- Significant knowledge of the industry Oil & Gas, Power or Refinery industries, and customer environment
- Expert in Sales and marketing strategies
- Strong leader with good team building practices
- Experience in business and sales action planning
- Fluent English & Arabic language skills
- Cultural understanding of the East Region in KSA/Zone - experience selling in these areas would be ideal
- 10 plus years experience in a Sales position providing equipment to Oil & Gas, Power or Refinery industries
- Ideally experienced with a filtration and separations company.

- Maintain territories mapping and update burst plan
- Obtain knowledge of competitors’ activities and market insight to adjust sales tactic and strategies
- Collect market insights and customer’s needs. provide inputs to management and marketing
- Networking and building high level connection with key decision makers
- Establishes clear direction, set goals, target and milestones

- Execute key growth drivers and initiatives
- Coach and Support Sales team to grow company business by achieving monthly orders and sales target objectives
- Coach and Support Sales team to grow market share by Increasing funnel size and opportunity creation
- Support Sales team to Develop distributors and agent channel
- Provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Manage sales team and develop them
- Coach and engage sales team to achieve company goals short and long term
- Build a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement and holds team accountable
- Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly

- Annual business plan follow up and review market evaluation,
