Our Sales team support our customers by providing clinical information about products, educational information, clinical training programs and resources. We support healthcare providers and healthcare systems meet the goals of the patients in their communities.
- Leading private key account managers & associates and data analytics manager towards realizing business opportunities in retail channel.
- Deep involvement during forecasting cycles either for In MKT or To MKT.
- Leading private key account plans tailoring and implementation.
- Sponsoring G2N models implementation and ensuring right alignment with key stakeholders in Private and Governmental sectors towards setting right targets, optimizing processes and trade activities.
- Commercial policy documents establishment and setting right governance for different interactions and commercial processes in both Private and Public Market.
- Supporting business expansion opportunities, new launches plans, and business cases establishment.
- Connecting with different stakeholders internally and externally to ensure right execution on POS level along with market penetration strategy progress.
- Establishing right calibers and developmental plans for Commercial Trade Channel team.
- Conduct regular Sales & Operations Meeting (S&OP) with relevant internal cross-functional departments to ensure effective management of our company and partner requirements such as: data input requirements, tools and/or systems to facilitate effective forecasting,
- Contractual inventory levels, Purchase Order schedules, Invoicing, Payments, our company & partner requirements in timely manner (our Manufacturing Division, Regulatory, Logistics/Supply Chain, Finance etc.).
- Coordinate our company activities with the local distributors to ensure “win-win” long term sustainable relationship and ensure business, operational and financial objectives are met.
- Managing contractual obligations for the concerned parties.
- Support to manage key financial KPIs related to ex-factory-sales such Accounts Receivables etc.
- Interacting with Director of Finance to ensure adherence to payment plans, no overdues or credit blocks happen, facilitate mitigation & control plans for the same.
- Works with all relevant cross functions e.g. Finance team, Business Units, Key Account Management Team, Logistics, Supply Chain, local agents/distributors and the local manufacturer on Supply & Distribution Management.
- Facilitate and control the flawless execution of policies/strategies with distribution team.
- Lead the company products’ ex-factory sales through work with partners.
- Lead ex-factory forecasting process for profit plan, financial EA cycles; building business plans to achieve product/franchise/business unit financial goals
- Coordinate the cross functional projects, act as an expert in distribution strategy implementation for managing team.
- Participate in developing of multilateral tactical plans for distribution strategy implementation.
- Ensure learning and development of the distribution work team in compliance with company’s policies.
- Interact and manage relationship with key distribution partners.
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities of the local country localization operations Department and strategic Alliances projects.
- ensures compliance with projects management processes, business development and local regulations, our company's policies and procedures for their country operation.
- Responsible for supervising concerned colleagues or external stakeholders, taking responsibility for training, development, and performance management aligned with Business, operational and financial objectives.
- Build business plans for alliance partners.
- Preparing regular reports and analytical data that summarize project status/issues and documents/presentations for senior management/governance committees & alliance committees.
- Maintaining accurate project data in enterprise databases and regular alliance review meetings with all parties.
**Qualifications**:
- Healthcare bachelor degree.
- Postgraduate degree in related Discipline (Finance & Business management or health care fields) preferred.
- Advanced office programs command.
- Commercial & Business development background preferred.
- Previous experience managing retail market & Distributor operation preferred.
- Previous experience managing senior manager & P& L is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and excellent command of Office programs or Power Bi.
