We are looking for a highly motivated **Head of Commercial (Category Management)** to join our e-grocery team and help us expand our operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement category strategies that deliver growth and profitability for ToYou e-grocery, with a focus on optimizing product assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising
- Lead commercial category team, providing direction and support to ensure that each category is performing to its full potential
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, operations, marketing, and data analytics, to develop and execute category plans that align with ToYou overall business strategy
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new trends and opportunities in the digital convenience retail space, and use these insights to inform category strategies and decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring that ToYou e-grocery is receiving the best possible pricing and service levels
- Develop and manage category budgets, ensuring that each category is operating within its allocated budget and delivering the expected return on investment
- Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in category management, commercial, or a related field, preferably in the retail or foodtech industry
- Experience working with KSA local suppliers/merchants in e-grocery industry (e-com) is a must
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful category strategies that drive growth and profitability
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their full potential
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence cross-functional teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English
