We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive excellence across our post-company setup operations, delivering a world-class experience for HR, PRO & GRO clients. This role involves managing a diverse client portfolio, ensuring smooth regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth through HR, PRO, and GRO services.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and execute HR, GRO, and PRO services, including license renewals, work permits, Saudization, payroll, and compliance with governmental regulations.
- Master and regularly use governmental portals (QIWA, GOSI, Mudad, MISA, MC, etc.) to ensure regulatory compliance and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities and external partners to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Ensure all client data and documentation is accurately captured and maintained in internal systems.
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Operations, or Customer Success in a KPI-driven environment in Saudi Arabia.
- Background in HR, GRO, PRO, Company Setup, or Corporate Services is highly desirable.
- Fully fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage client accounts independently, with a solutions-driven mindset.
