Job Description

The PCEO's Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Accountabilities
  • Administrative Support
  • Manage the PCEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and review documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, assemble materials, and record meeting minutes.
Communication and Events Management
  • Serve as liaison between the PCEO's office and stakeholders, screen and prioritize incoming communications, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the PCEO's office, manage the process of obtaining necessary signatures and notarisations, and assist in planning and coordination of company events.
