Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline
* Conduct presentations to showcase the value proposition
* Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs
* Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of accounts post-sale
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
* Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and maintain accurate records
* Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs
Requirements:
* Proven track record of working with enterprise software, particularly SAP, Oracle, and/or Microsoft
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve targets
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes
* Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and sales capabilities
* Highly motivated self-starter with a collaborative spirit
* Demonstrated proficiency in relationship-building
* Comprehensive understanding of the supply chain industry
* Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
