Residential Sales Specialist

We're seeking a talented Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Bayut. As part of the Dubizzle Group, we're committed to delivering the best online search experience to our customers. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients, understand their real estate needs, and provide expert advice and guidance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Sales Excellence- Sell residential and commercial properties from our inventory.
- Conduct property showings, provide information, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Offer professional advice and guidance on property buying, selling, and investment opportunities.
- Generate and follow up on leads to expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain a strong professional network to foster business opportunities.
- Stay well-informed about market trends, property values, and competitive offerings.
- Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date market information.
- Conduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits for clients to help them visualize their potential investment.
- Facilitate the timely closure of property deals, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ideally, possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
