We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Business Development Expert to join our team. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth through professional representation and influence. If you are a Saudi National with a strong sales background in consulting or training academies, this opportunity is tailored for you.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and nurture client relationships to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Identify, pursue, and close high-value sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate effectively with clients to secure deals.
  4. Represent the company in client meetings and industry events, maintaining a professional image and promoting our brand.
  5. Perform cold calling, lead generation, and account management activities to stay proactive in sales efforts.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and deliver exceptional results.

Work Type: On-site
Scope: B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2G (Business-to-Government)

Key Requirements
  1. 4-6 years of proven sales experience in consulting and/or training academies.
  2. A strong track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
  3. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills to secure deals and build long-term relationships.
  4. High emotional intelligence to manage and foster client relationships, ensuring mutual understanding and respect.
  5. Persuasive and influential personality to professionally represent the company and promote our brand.
  6. Secondary: English (Average fluency sufficient for client handling)
