Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Professional to join our rapidly expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of FutureFace, ultimately driving business growth across our international operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and qualify sales leads through strategic research and scheduling appointments to present company products.
- Convert prospects into revenue opportunities through effective filtering and negotiation.
- Manage a designated sales territory, including account relationships, profiling, and sales cycles.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer accounts, and sales activities.
- Strategically collaborate with clients to close sales deals and negotiate pricing structures with management approval.
- Produce and submit timely sales reports and provide insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong business and customer relationships, leveraging CRM tools to track and manage customer projects and interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to meet sales targets, demonstrating exceptional time management and teamwork skills.
Requirements:
- 3-7+ years of proven software sales experience with a successful track record and highly motivated self-starter mentality.
- Strong business acumen, solid understanding of the IT industry, and ability to quickly learn product and solution details.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on delivering compelling product presentations and negotiations.
- Self-motivated individual with high integrity, able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
