Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources department, preferably in recruitment and onboarding.
  • You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Talent & Culture department, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Additionally, you will assist with company-directed training, coordinate events, and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • As the first point of contact for our team, you will consistently offer professional service to our colleagues.
  • You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly develop relationships and foster cooperation.
Requirements
  • A university degree or college diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline is an asset.
  • Previous experience handling confidential information and understanding the needs of a diverse workforce is required.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, as well as a proven ability to meet deadlines and be accountable, are essential.
  • A strong ability to work independently and flexibly, including occasional evening hours and weekends, is also required.
