Customer Partnership Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Partnership Growth Specialist to join our sales organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities for our customers to leverage our solutions and services.
Your primary objective will be to build deep executive relationships and earn trusted advisor status with our customers. You will work closely with our account teams, industry teams, and solution management organization to ensure value delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription or perpetual license-based solutions. You will also be responsible for managing through crisis and de-escalating customer situations.
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess a strong executive presence and relationship-building skills. You should have deep knowledge of business models, strategies, and line-of-business processes. Additionally, you should have experience with cloud software solutions and delivery models.
You will work collaboratively with our internal stakeholders to ensure that we are delivering the best possible solutions to our customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with our customers will be critical to your success in this role.
