Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new sellers, brands, and stores, and onboard them onto the platform.
  • Facilitate negotiations with brands and sellers to secure favorable commercial and payment terms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs, including revenue, profit and loss, and stock levels, in close coordination with Retail and Marketplace teams.
  • Engage with sellers and brands to improve account engagement on the platform, assess progress, and foster stronger business relationships.
  • Develop and implement follow-up reports and automation processes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Track project plans and KPIs, providing strategic insights to inform decision-making processes.
  • Spearhead marketing and campaign initiatives for brands and sellers in collaboration with the Category team.
  • Manage and address customer inquiries, requests, and needs, monitoring the market for potential risks and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Management, Business, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in business development or sales, preferably in an e-commerce or tech company, with a focus on Electronics and Home & Furniture categories.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research to identify potential vendors, assess their product offerings, and evaluate their suitability for partnership.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with potential vendors to secure favorable agreements for both parties.
  • Fluency in English communication, both written and verbal.
