We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory levels, ensuring timely receipt and distribution of goods, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Develop and implement efficient inventory management processes.
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records for all additions and deletions of items.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to request goods in a timely manner.
  • Verify quantity, quality, and condition of goods received from the warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance with infection-control procedures, policies, and regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels and conduct timely follow-ups to avoid out-of-stocks.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
