Job Overview
We're seeking a Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving commercial performance and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Drive in-store customer experience initiatives
- Plan succession strategies for team members
- Nurture talent through coaching and stretch assignments
- Enhance eNPS through people experience initiatives
- Oversee daily operations related to VM, retail store SOPs, sales team schedules, and commissions
- Provide real-time support, including concessions management
- Serve as primary point of contact with back-office operations
- Maintain click-and-collect services within SLAs
- Ensure accurate customer data capture by the sales team
- Promote loyalty programs and ensure floor staff knowledge
- Foster a cohesive store team working towards common goals
- Promote omnichannel sales efforts
- Improve store revenue targets versus actuals
- Boost sell-through rates at full price
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A university degree in Business Administration or Management
- 6-8 years of experience in retail shop management
