Your Impact

This role isn't your average partnership position. As a Strategic Alliance Manager, you'll be the visionary architect, not just forging alliances, but crafting strategic collaborations that redefine order management for the entire Foodservice and Q-commerce industry.

A Typical Day

  • Collaborate with internal teams to map the future of partnerships, leveraging data analysis and market insights to identify high-potential partners who align with Deliverect's ambitious growth goals.
  • Cultivate enduring, mutually beneficial relationships with key players in the POS and delivery landscape. Your persuasive communication and unwavering dedication will be the foundation for trust-filled partnerships built to last.
  • Craft targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with the intricacies of your region. Weave compelling, culturally-nuanced narratives that generate a wave of qualified leads for your sales team to convert.
  • Negotiation skills to secure winning partnerships that benefit both Deliverect and our partners, ensuring everyone walks away satisfied.
  • Continuously analyze the order management landscape, keeping a pulse on competitor strategies, emerging trends, and partner performance. Your insights, transformed into actionable strategies, will guide Deliverect's continued growth.
  • Break down silos and foster seamless communication between internal teams and external partners. You'll be the bridge that connects individuals and companies, creating a unified ecosystem built on collaboration and shared success.

Your Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience forging successful partnerships within the ERP technology, online payments, POS, or order management space is essential.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a valuable asset.
  • A passion for the hospitality and Q-commerce industry, coupled with a deep understanding of your regional market's unique dynamics.
  • A track record of crafting impactful collaborations will be a major plus.
  • You're comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into actionable partnership strategies.
  • A creative mind with the ability to combine data insights with captivating storytelling to generate high-quality leads.
  • Strong persuasion skills and strategic finesse ensure you can secure win-win deals that benefit all parties involved.
  • You champion open communication and collaboration, breaking down barriers between teams and fostering a culture of shared success.
