Responsibilities:
- Participate in initial sector interactions aimed to sell or promote a SPD service.
- Build communication lines with key partners personnel.
- Resolve elevated partner or client disputes or special requests.
- Manage partners and clients' expectations.
- Follow-up and coordination between project managers and partners relationship managers to solve project issues.
Partnership Management:
- Continuously evaluate the performance of partners and determine continuation or exclusion from the qualified partner list.
- Oversee partner contracting process.
- Ensure consistent application of partner sourcing and contracting policies.
- Oversee the evaluation of approved partners.
- Oversee the contracting of partners based on evaluation outcomes.
- Maintain relationships with qualified partners.
- Follow up on records and progress of partners' contracts and deliverables.
- Review feedback and evaluations from clients on partner performance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent.
- Global Management Consulting or IT Industry experience.
- Experience in partner or vendor relationship and account management at a large business or organization.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience.
