Job Description:

Astrolabs is the leading business expansion platform in the Gulf region, helping high-growth companies establish and grow in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

We provide end-to-end solutions, including business setup, entity management, compliance, and ongoing operational support to enable seamless market entry and foster sustainable business growth.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and professional Client Relations Specialist to join our Saudi Operations team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and professional expansion journey.
  • Providing world-class customer service, offering clear, consistent, and proactive communication.
  • Scheduling and facilitating General Managers' visits to Riyadh for visa-related activities.
  • Supporting corporate bank account opening by acting as the liaison between GMs and banks.

Key qualifications include:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Holding a Saudi Driver's license and having a personal car.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a client-first mindset.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of client needs and the Saudi business setup process.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic workflows are essential.
