Job Overview
We are recruiting a highly skilled MRICS Chartered Associate Director to lead our pre-contract services team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pre-contract services across various projects.

The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive experience in pre-contract duties, including cost planning, estimating, value engineering, feasibility studies, tender documents, procurement, and interpreting cost plans from drawings.

  • Project and Management Experience: The ideal candidate will have a mix of project experience as well as some business development and team management experience.
  • Circa 15 years of experience is required for this position, with the majority of your experience in pre-contract duties.

A competitive salary package, medical cover, bonus as per Saudi Law, mobilisation and demobilisation flights are offered for the right candidate.
