Monitor Solution Features

The Monitor Solution offers a comprehensive suite of features that enable businesses to track real-time performance across public, owned, paid, and earned channels. It provides deep insights into brand reputation, campaign effectiveness, and competitive standing - all in one platform.

Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for our Monitor Solution. You'll be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap while ensuring seamless API integrations and managing strategic partnerships. A successful candidate will champion customer-centricity, ensuring we continuously empower businesses to take impactful decisions.

Requirements
  • Qualifications: 2-3 years in product management, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills; basic understanding of coding, databases, and APIs; familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Nice-to-Haves: Prior exposure to social media analytics, social listening, or digital channels management; demonstrated understanding of API integrations and managing technical partnerships
