Customer Experience Strategy Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled CX Improvement Manager to join our team at HungerStation | هنقرستيشن. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience with our brand.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify Customer Gaps: Map customer journeys to identify gaps in customer experience across all touchpoints and interactions.
- Liaise with Internal Teams: Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, account management, billing, finance, and UX teams to plug gaps in the customer journey.
- Analyze Feedback: Collect, track, and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements internally based on insights gathered.
- Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree preferred.
