The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a strong desire for personal success, who is passionate about working as a sales professional in a dynamic organization.

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in business development and selling to High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI), Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, and Fund Managers.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales roles within the Financial Services/Investment industry
  • A well-established business contact network to create a sales pipeline within the first 90 days, focusing on HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors
  • An in-depth understanding of securities markets, including stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures, and options
  • A proven track record in financial service sales and key account management, delivering solutions based on customer needs
  • A strong motivation for sales (hunting and new business development) and high energy levels, with excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are an asset
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • A commitment to achieving and exceeding targets, with an overachiever mentality
