**Job Requirements**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and forecasts in CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in selling Managed Security or Managed Detection & Response services.
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools and CRM software.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
