Role Overview

Informatica Corp. is seeking a talented Senior Renewal Sales Professional to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our subscription renewal team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective customer engagement, upselling, and cross-selling Informatica's subscription contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Renew and up-sell Informatica subscription contracts to achieve assigned targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase their value from our products and services.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of Informatica's product portfolio and renewable license contracts to effectively communicate the benefits and value proposition to customers.
  • Ensure seamless contract renewals, maximizing retention rates and protecting contract revenue streams.
Requirements:
  • Relevant industry experience, preferably in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with a focus on renewal and upsell success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
