About the Role:

The E-commerce Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and optimizing the company's ecommerce operations. As a key member of the Al-Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Company team, this individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retail and marketplace partners, overseeing account executives, and coordinating with internal departments to achieve key objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail and marketplace channels, serving as the primary point of contact for account management.
  • E-commerce Platform Optimization: Regularly update and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms with accurate product information, promotional prices, and compelling content to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
  • Product Catalog Management: Ensure the company's product catalog is fully listed and featured prominently on all ecommerce platforms, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement effective sales strategies in collaboration with account executives to drive revenue growth.
  • Order Management and Customer Service: Manage the order management process, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Contract Negotiation and Management: Finalize yearly contracts with e-commerce dealers and partners, negotiating terms and ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service departments to resolve issues and optimize processes related to ecommerce operations.
  • Culture and Values: Promote a high-performance working environment and embody Shaker Group's values.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and fluency in English.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
