Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Thales e-Security, Inc. as a Key Account Manager. This role will be responsible for leading the identification, qualification, and booking of business opportunities in the Middle East Region, supporting the respective account teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Account Plans: Define the account strategy and align the plan with customer expectations and internal stakeholders.
  2. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Understand customer needs, budgets, and expectations, and represent the customer internally.
  3. Drive Business Growth: Identify and define strategic initiatives to generate growth beyond business as usual and contribute to building and strengthening customer relationships.
  4. Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with account marketing, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders to support the execution of account plans.
Requirements
  1. 10+ years' experience in strategic account management, customer management, and engagement.
  2. Proven track record of leading diverse and senior blended teams of various backgrounds.
  3. Knowledge of KSA business and political challenges and opportunities is a must.
  4. Commercial and Project Knowledge skills to manage project delivery issues and develop strategies on new business.
  5. Experience in the Aerospace, Space, or Security industry is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills
  1. Fluent English and knowledge of Arabic and French is desirable.
  2. Technical skills in related technical positions, extensive exposure to the customer industry, and ability to drive results across virtual teams.
  3. Soft skills in accordance with Thales Leadership Model, including entrepreneurship, team building, communication, and negotiation.
