About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our international operations team in Dubai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing custom management, warehouse operations, and last-mile delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and improve delivery, return, scrap, and partner engagement processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure efficient and timely execution of 1P delivery operations from UAE warehouses to GCC customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with UAE customs authorities to ensure proactive communication and compliance.
  • Conduct regular partner visits to gather insights, improve performance, and plan allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate 3P delivery operations from UAE-based merchants to ensure seamless logistics and high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key metrics such as returns, backlog, and lead times to prevent issues and maintain smooth operations.
  • Regularly update the team on progress and bottlenecks in operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with market needs and competitor strategies to implement best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and at least 3 years of experience in the UAE and KSA delivery industry, particularly with 3PL companies.
  • Familiarity with custom clearance and brokerage processes.
  • Proficiency in G-Sheet and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
